Our
mission is to provide its clients with ecologically sensitive and cost
effective solutions for a wide range of water resource challenges. WRC
uses the practical water resources engineering and environmental planning
experience of its staff to develop multiple benefit solutions required with an
increasingly stringent regulatory climate.
Recognizing that
society's values and the regulatory climate have shifted to encourage more
conservation-minded development, WRC
works closely with clients throughout the planning process.
This is accomplished by including them in the consideration and
development of project alternatives and solutions, and also helping them to
better understand why implementing environmentally sensitive projects can result
in successful and cost effective projects, with fewer time consuming regulatory
hurdles.
What makes WRC
unique is the ability to use its experience and knowledge in formulating a
comprehensive approach to all of its projects. Our clients are provided
with the most extensive information and data on potential solutions and
scenarios for their project, whether it is a small streambank protection
project, or a watershed management plan. WRC
will strive to insure our clients are apprised of all feasible solutions,
enabling them to make better-informed decisions about how they will impact the
landscape.
