Summary of Experience:

Mr. Linke is a professional engineer with considerable expertise in the fields of stormwater/floodplain management, environmental permitting, river & stream restoration and watershed planning.  He has held the positions of Project Manager and Project Engineer for a wide variety of civil engineering projects, including watershed strategic planning, stormwater management studies, floodplain analyses, residential & commercial development design, stream bank stabilization, lake management studies, dam removal, and review engineer. Mr. Linke co-founded Watershed Resource Consultants, Inc. in 2001 as a way to provide the truly comprehensive environmental design & management services for clients with projects in and around riparian areas and wetlands.  Mr. Linke’s wide range of experiences include surveying, computer modeling, engineering design, field assessments, feasibility studies, and public speaking.
